Downloading Youtube HQ videos

Just recently I discovered how to download Youtube HQ Videos or the MP4 version of the Youtube videos. When you watch videos in Youtube you will notice that some of the videos can now be viewed in high quality mode by just simply clicking on the HQ button in the lower right corner of the video.

When I was looking for a guide on how to burn Youtube videos to DVD I made the discovery that you just need a browser plugin to dowload the MP4 version of the video which is better in quality compared to the usual FLV version.
