Converting your videotapes to DVD is one way of making it last for many generations. Other advantages are the ability to enhance or edit the original copy and easily share it with others.

There are two ways on how you can convert your VHS to DVD. Either you pay for a service and make them convert it for you or you will do the conversion. The first option is the easiest and the least hassle but eventually it will become very expensive if you have plenty of tapes to convert.
